Dan Johnson, who refused to step down from state legislature after being accused of sexually assaulting a teenager, said PTSD would `take his life´Dan Johnson, a Republican state lawmaker in Kentucky who refused to resign after allegations that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl in the basement of his home, apparently killed himself Wednesday night.
