Labor`s Sam Dastyari has quit the Australian Senate to `spare the party any further distraction` following controversy over his links and interactions with Chinese donors. He said his decision was `guided by my Labor values, which tell me that I should leave if my ongoing presence detracts from the pursuit of Labor`s mission`.
