Petula Clark`s biggest hit is 1965`s `Downtown,`` but the British singer, actress and songwriter has been in show business since the beginnings of World War II. She is finally doing her first concert tour after having toured the country in musical theater productions, and Friday`s stop is at the Kent Stage.
