December 8 8:20 a.m. - Code enforcement officer responded to 1001 E Oak St. concerning two dogs tied in the neighbors yard. The dogs had been removed prior to officers arrival. 8:37 a.m. - Code enforcement officer responded to 402 Chadwick Way concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence. 8:54 a.m. - While on patrol in the area of S 9th & W Olive St. code enforcement officer observed a black shepherd dog running at large. The dog was returned and a door tag left at the residence. 9:22 a.m. - Sedan Angry, 45 of Lamar, was arrested on three active warrants in the 300 block S 2nd St. Mr. Angry was arrested and being held on a total of $2,500.00 in bonds. 9:33...
