Texas won`t pivot from offseason pitching plan

The Rangers await a yea or nay from Japanese pitcher Shohei Ohtani, but either way will not change their offseason direction. Texas is all about pitching this winter and to this point have shown little inclination to address any perceived concerns in its lineup.
