Source: Cards, Mikolas agree to 2-year deal

In a move that adds to their rotation depth and perhaps creates more flexibility to deal a starter later in the offseason, the Cardinals signed right-hander Miles Mikolas to a two-year, $15.5 million contract on Tuesday.
