MMC starts clearing market footpath

Vasco: The Mormugao Municipal Council has started clearing the footpath of the market which was encroached upon by fruit and vegetable vendors. Goods from 14 stalls and handcarts were confiscated by the three teams constituted by chief officer Agnelo Fernandes.
