Christmas and 2018 waste & recycling calendars going out to local homes

Lichfield District and Tamworth Borough councils` Joint Waste Service will be delivering Christmas and 2018 bin calendars to all local homes this November and December. Lichfield District and Tamworth Borough residents will soon be receiving their recycling calendars for 2018. This will tell them what colour bins to put out each week. The calendars also include information about festive bin collections, as bins will not be emptied on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year`s Day. Anyone who has their bins emptied on either a Monday or a Tuesday will need to check their new bin calendar to find out when their replacement collections will be.
