Everybody has an opinion about where Amazon.com Inc. will put its second headquarters - and pretty much nobody has picked the Twin Cities yet. It most cases, we don`t even get mentioned as an also-ran. By that measure, a new Wall Street Journal chart with that paper`s take on Amazon`s best options is a step up for Minnesota - it at least ranks Minneapolis as a `long shot.` And the chart`s worth looking at, if only because it`s really pretty, looking like one of those 1960s TV test patterns,... ......
