But the argument has rarely been put in such an apocalyptic form as in the latest counter-offensive of the Johnson Administration against its Vietnam critics.Secretary of State Dean Rusk at his last press conference evoked a nightmare picture of a thousand million Chinese armed with nuclear weapons and set on the path of world revolution.
