The timeline of an informant`s work in the Pilot Flying J case

In 2011, a financial adviser first told the FBI of a rebate scheme at Pilot Flying J, the family company of Browns` owner Jimmy Haslam. Two years later, federal agents raided the company`s headquarters. On Oct. 31, four former employees, including president Mark Hazelwood, are scheduled to go to trial on federal conspiracy charges. Haslam has not been charged, and he denied any knowledge of the scheme.
