Attorney: Westlake man charged with defrauding Cleveland Clinic will be cleared

An attorney for a former Cleveland Clinic spinoff company executive charged with defrauding the Clinic believes his client will be vindicated, and said that while the some of the details in his indictment might constitute ethical lapses, they are not crimes.
