Youth get environment lesson througheco-friendly mini Narkasur contest

Panaji: Taking the idea of environment-friendly Diwali celebrations a notch higher, the Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) recently organized a mini narkasur-making contest. Nearly 25 students from different parts of Goa took part in the competition wherein only organic material was allowed for making of the effigies.
