Plato Gold Corp. , an exploration company with a portfolio of properties in Northern Ontario and Santa Cruz, Argentina is pleased to announce that it has entered into debt settlement agreements with creditors of the Company pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 16,615,800 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per Share in order to settle certain obligations of the Company totaling $830,790 . The Company decided to satisfy this outstanding indebtedness with Shares in order to preserve its cash for operations. ......
