INDIAN RIVER- For more than seven years, Luigi Mastrofrancesco and his neighbors have been battling over a fence that is blocking access to Lake Boulevard in Indian River near Burt Lake. Mastrofrancesco has lived on Mack Avenue for 30 years and has gone to court several times before getting a judge`s ruling that the property in front of his neighbor`s, where the fence in question is currently placed was considered to be public property to be used by the residents ......
