Disaster Recovery Centers to Open in Refugio, Harris Counties

AUSTIN, Texas - Two State of Texas/FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers will open Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017: one in Refugio County in the city of Refugio and another in Harris County in the city of Klein. Disaster recovery centers offer in-person support to individuals and businesses in 39 counties included in the Texas federal disaster declaration for Hurricane Harvey and the subsequent floods.
