Hurricane Irma may be history, but the cleanup continues throughout the Central Florida region. Floodwaters have not yet crested in parts of Seminole and Osceola counties. Power crews and tree removal services remain busy. And standing water, sludge and rotting vegetation have mixed to create an amazing aroma.
