Ministry of Coal, along with its attached offices and PSUs under the administrative control of Ministry observed the Swachhta Pakwada during the fortnight from 16th August 2017 to 31st August 2017. The Pakhwada was formally launched on Independence Day, 15th August 2017 by carrying out special activities to mark the beginning of Swachhta Pakhwada.
