Edmond-based Tall Oak Midstream on Tuesday announced plans for a nearly $400 million natural gas gathering and processing facility in southeast Oklahoma, marking the company`s third major project in the state. The project centers on Hughes County and includes portions of six surrounding counties, supporting development in an area Tall Oak calls the East STACK.
