Council approves $40,000 in Christmas grants

20 September 2017 Thirty-three community organisations will benefit as Council distributes $40,000 worth of Christmas grants. Councillor Charlie Pisasale said groups ranging from churches, schools, charities and support bodies would be hosting events. The grants were awarded to: Alara Qld Ltd, $1,500 towards Alara annual Christmas Party. Christmas in the Park Inc, $1,500 towards Brassall Christmas in the Park.
