Exotel`s cloud telephony platform handles 3.5 million calls every day, for some 1300 customers around the world including Ola, Uber, Practo and Quikr. It has touched 8.5 crore unique telephone customers and it is profitable. The company was founded in 2009 by Shivakumar Ganesan, Ishwar Sridharan, Siddharth Ramesh and Vijay Sharma.
