Court stays Pilot Court item curbs on guests, says RWA can´t impose rules

GURUGRAM: The court of senior civil judge Amit Nain has put a stay on rules issued on August 5 by the RWA of Pilot Court society of Essel Towers, which put a restriction on item of guests to the society, among other, following orders from Gurgaon police. The stay was given after a corporate replacement and accommodation agency, Blue Leaf Consulting, filed a case on August 11 against the Pilot Court RWA for imposing rules restricting movement of their clients and guests of clients. Summons were issued to Pilot Court RWA members, but no RWA representative turned up for the August 17 hearing.
