Visakhapatnam: Man commits suicide after burning woman to death

A 21-year-old female student was burnt to death in Visakhapatnam district by a man, who later committed suicide by jumping in front of a train. The incident took place in T.Nagaramplaem village, under Bhimli PS limits in visakhapatnam district. The accused allegedly poured kerosene on victim Roopa and burned her to death at her resident.
