Tualatin businessman Ronald Stover, indicted last summer on federal wire and bankruptcy fraud charges, was arrested while on pretrial release, accused of continuing to dupe investors. Assistant U.S. Attorney Donna Maddux urged a federal magistrate judge to keep Stover in custody while he awaits a hearing next week on whether he violated his single condition of release. `He continues to financially exploit people,`` Maddux said Friday.
