The Club Players Association has described the GAA`s new fixture proposals as `inadequate`. They have described seven proposals that will be put forward at a special congress on September 30 as falling `far short of what is required`. The proposals include a return to `extra extra time` which would see two halves of five minutes if teams are still deadlocked following the existing two of 10 minutes for knockout league games, All-Ireland qualifiers, provincial final replays and provincial club games.
