Two members of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare´s board of directors abruptly resigned Thursday citing `irreconcilable differences` with the national hospital operator. Randy Simpson and Matt Ripperger are both representatives with Tenet´s largest shareholder, New York-based hedge fund Glenview Capital Management.
