(CSE:FTY) (`Fortify` or the `Company`) announces that it has entered into a letter of intent dated August 17, 2017 (the `LOI`) with DV Infrastructure Corp. (`DVI`) regarding a proposed transaction to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of DVI (the `Transaction`).
