NEW DELHI Ruling out shortage in oxygen supply as the cause of death of children in Gorakhpur hospital, a three-member central panel has instead recommended ramping up facilities, infrastructure and support staff at the BRD Medical College to tackle the immense footfall. In its report to the health ministry, it said around 5000 patients visited the hospital every day against a bed strength of 950.
