Propane man returns to fair, threatens arson; woman says SUV hit her bike: Berea police blotter

On Aug. 11, Berea police re-arrested a Cincinnati man -- who was arrested one day earlier after tampering with propane tanks at the Cuyahoga County Fair -- after he threatened to burn down the home of fair workers. Also, a Berea woman said a sport-utility vehicle hit her bicycle while she was riding Aug. 8 on West Bridge Street. The woman`s arm was broken.
