ALBUQUERQUE - Raymundo Munoz, 69, of Sunland Park, N.M., was sentenced today in federal court in Las Cruces, N.M., to 72 months in prison for his conviction on heroin trafficking charges. Munoz will be on supervised release for four years after completing his prison sentence. Munoz was the ringleader of a heroin trafficking organization operating out of Sunland Park, N.M., that obtained its heroin from Juan Francisco Rivera, 60, of El Paso, Tex., that was the target of a DEA-led investigation.
