Dear Professor Sencan, dear colleagues from Turkish institutions and organisations, dear representatives of international bodies and EU Member States, Ladies and Gentlemen, It is great and honour to be here with you today at the launch event of the project «Improving the Health Status of the Syrian Population under Temporary Protection and Related Services Provided by Turkish Authorities», financed under Facility for Refugees in Turkey. A very warm welcome to you all. Allow me to begin with special thanks to the Ministry of Health, and in particular to Mr. Irfan Sencan, President of the Public Health Institution, and his team for making today`s event possible.
