Uber charged with violating Public Service Act

Several transport groups on Wednesday charged transport network company Uber with violation of the Public Service Act before the Quezon City Prosecutors` Office, the first case filed against the foreign company. Named respondents were Rob Van Der Woude, Jacqueline Kaurek, Elena Cueva, Manuel Cosico, Charlotte Feraren Aguba-Goco, and Karen Walker - all officers of Uber. ......
