Homers, Lamet help Padres sink Phillies

Cory Spangenberg had a two-run double and a homer and Hector Sanchez also went deep, backing Dinelson Lamet, who didn`t allow a hit until the fifth inning Tuesday as the Padres topped the Phillies. Rookie Jorge Alfaro broke up Lamet`s no-no with a two-run homer in the fifth inning, his first big league homer. Lamet allowed two runs over seven innings with seven strikeouts. Rhys Hoskins, who hit his first two big league homers Monday, had a two-run shot Tuesday.
