Turkey`s first indigenous solar panel factory to be established in Ankara

A Turkish-Korean consortium is set to establish Turkey`s first solar panel production facility in the capital Ankara in line with a giant energy project. The Turkish-Korean Kalyon-Hanwha consortium on March 20 won the tender bid for the construction of Turkey`s biggest solar power plant set to be built in the Central Anatolian province of Konya`s Karap nar district, with an estimated investment volume of $1.3 billion and the investment volume of the 1,000 megawatt solar power capacity. ......
