Scientists have officially named the biggest dinosaur ever discovered, Newsweek reports. The 70-ton, 120-foot reptile, found in Argentina in 2013, has been dubbed Patagotitan mayorum, and scientists have identified it as belonging to a group of extra-large titanosaurs that lived around 100 million years ago. A shepherd on the La Flecha Farm in Chubut Province in the Argentinian desert discovered the skeleton. He had noticed the tip of a huge fossil bone sticking out of a rock.
