ANDRITZ GROUP: Results for the first half of 2017

Sales amounted to 2,779.0 MEUR in the first half of 2017 and were thus at practically the same level as in the previous year`s reference period (+0.6% compared to H1 2016: 2,761.2 MEUR). Sales in the second quarter of 2017 dropped by 5.6% compared to the previous year to 1,392.8 MEUR (Q2 2016: 1,475.6 MEUR). The order intake increased - due to the very strong first quarter - in the first half of 2017 to 2,771.3 MEUR and was thus 8.0% higher than in the previous year`s reference period (H1 2016: 2,566.4 MEUR).
