Profar heads to Triple-A for everyday play

The Rangers optioned infielder Jurickson Profar to Triple-A Round Rock on Saturday when Elvis Andrus returned from paternity leave. Profar played shortstop in both games Andrus missed and will return to playing every day at Round Rock. The Rangers kept Drew Robinson, a utility player who was called up Saturday.
