Orioles bring up Giavotella, option Aquino

Orioles infielder Johnny Giavotella returned to a Major League clubhouse for the first time since August with the Angels. Left-hander Jayson Aquino was sent down and infielder David Washington was designated for assignment to create space on the 40-man roster.
