When Jose Ramirez took the field at Comerica Park on Sunday afternoon, he had already been informed of the good news: Fans voted him in as the starting third baseman for the American League All-Star team. He will be joined by Indians All-Stars Michael Brantley, Francisco Lindor, Andrew Miller and Corey Kluber.
