OPINION: President Ronald Reagan said that the nine most terrifying words in the English language were: `I`m from the Government and I`m here to help.` Substitute the word `Government` with `Ministry of Education` and you get the picture. The belated `Claytons` apology lacks sincerity because it comes on the back of the findings of a scathing Ombudsman report. No apology was forthcoming when the Ministry conceded earlier that they did not get the process right. They missed the boat then and they have missed the boat now.
