Sikh pilgrims to arrive on 28th

LAHORE Hundreds of Sikh pilgrims would arrive in Pakistan to attend death anniversary ceremony of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh, the founder of the Sikh empire in United Punjab. According to a press release issued by Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), on June 28, Sikh pilgrims, like every year, would reach Pakistan after crossing the Wagha Border. The main ceremony would be held on June 29 at Gurdwara Dera Sahib, mausoleum of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh, in Lahore. The Sikh pilgrims would returned to India on July 7. The ETPB officials have completed arrangements with regard to the residence, transport, food and travel of the visiting devotees. ......
