(NYSE: ANW) (`Aegean` or the `Company`) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Yiannis Papanicolaou as interim Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Papanicolaou succeeds Peter Georgiopoulos as Chairman.
