Reds activate Cingrani, option Bonilla

The Reds have a second left-hander back in their bullpen with the activation of reliever Tony Cingrani from the 10-day disabled list on Tuesday. To make room for Cingrani on the roster, right-handed long reliever Lisalverto Bonilla was optioned to Triple-A Louisville.
