Velasquez to go on DL, undergo MRI

Phillies starter Vince Velasquez left Tuesday`s 7-2 loss at Marlins Park with a right elbow flexor strain after retiring just four batters. He will be placed on the disabled list, and the Phillies will make a corresponding move prior to Wednesday`s series finale.
