DANA POINT >> A sick and lethargic green sea turtle from Dana Point Harbor is on its way to Sea World. The turtle was rescued Friday afternoon by staff from the Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach. `The animal had been observed acting strangely and ingesting trash,` said Krysta Higuchi of PMMC. ......
