(22.05.2017) IMMOFINANZ is currently developing the new headquarters for the energy company Uniper at the Düsseldorfer Medienhafen. Today, Monday, the topping out ceremony for the FLOAT office complex took place, attended by the Mayor Thomas Geisel and Uniper CEO Klaus Schäfer. Uniper is expected to move into an area of around 28,000 sqm at the end of 2018, thereby occupying the entire office space in the building designed by the top architect Renzo Piano. `FLOAT is a revolutionary project for us.
