FirstEnergy`s profits down, FirstEnergy Solutions could be forced into bankruptcy over dispute with railroads

FirstEnergy`s dispute with three railroad companies over long-term coal delivery contracts it no longer needs knocked down profits in the first three months of the year, the company reported late Thursday. The disputes, if not resolved could force FirstEnergy Solutions into bankruptcy, the company said.
