Springer, Altuve out of lineup to rest injuries

The Astros didn`t have outfielder George Springer (hamstring discomfort) and All-Star second baseman Jose Altuve (left shoulder) in the lineup for Thursday`s series finale against the Indians, though manager A.J. Hinch said both would be available to come off the bench as they nurse nagging injuries.
