Bologna, 27 April 2017 ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS` MEETING The Shareholders` Meeting of UnipolSai S.p.A., which met on the date hereof, approved the Company`s Financial Statements as at 31 December 2016, whose contents are already known to the market.
