Press release - April 27, 2017 2017 Danone Shareholders` Meeting Danone Shareholders` Meeting was held today, presided by Mr. Franck Riboud, Chairman of the Board. 52.45% of Danone`s total outstanding share capital participated in this Shareholders` Meeting. Danone`s shareholders approved all resolutions submitted to a vote, including the statutory and consolidated financial statements for the 2016 fiscal year, and the proposed dividend of EUR1.70 per share, up +6.3% from 2015.
